All of us have faced times, when something or other went so wrong that our minds were crowded with constant negative thoughts.


It’s normal to get there but every time you are in such a situation you have an option to choose positivity.


I am not telling you to ignore the negatives or convince yourself that everything is perfect. That is toxic positivity.


Rather, what I am talking about is acknowledging what has happened and still choosing to be positive. It is possible to be positive in most life situations, even when positivity doesn’t seem to be an option.







How can you do that?

By shifting your focus to the positives every time adversity strikes.


Some examples –

– When your end goal seems too far… Remind yourself how far you have come already

– When you feel a weakness is coming in your way to success… Reframe it as an area of improvement to create new possibilities

– When you are not able to achieve something, you worked hard for… Take time to be thankful for what you already have

Positivity means, finding a silver lining in the dark clouds when everything seems dark & gloomy!

Staying positive keeps your emotions and thoughts in balance and helps you see opportunities that an imbalanced mind cannot see.
